Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, workout plans, meal plans, and online courses), all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the digital product, no refunds will be issued.

Online Coaching Services:

For one-on-one coaching sessions or group coaching programs, refunds are not available once the service has begun. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
