For digital coaching materials, such as eBooks, workout plans, meal plans, and access to online courses, no shipping is required. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital products immediately after your purchase is confirmed.

 

Physical Products

If your coaching package includes physical materials, such as printed workbooks, merchandise, or fitness equipment, please refer to the following shipping guidelines:

    • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
